DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
We do not include alcohol. Due to licensing restrictions by the State of Michigan, Mixers and Moments does not provide or sell alcohol and we cannot accept any payment for alcohol, payment must be paid separately by Client. This means you, your venue or your caterer provides the alcohol and we take care of the rest! We are here for you every step of the way from bar planning, to providing a suggested shopping list guide. We are happy to work with your vendors to achieve the mobile bar experience of your dreams!
DO YOU HAVE A HOURLY MINIMUM?
Although we love a good cocktail hour, our minimum beverage service time is 2 hours and in addition to 2 hours of setup + 1 hour breakdown.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We currently travel up to 40 miles from 48150. Events outside of a 40 mile driving range from 48150 will incur an additional fee of $1/ mile.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we have general liability and liquor liability insurance that will cover your event!
IS THERE A BAD WEATHER PLAN?
Let’s be honest, Michigan weather is unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking model, we cannot predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your venue to ensure either space for the bar area or we will provide a separate covering.
I’M READY! WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE?
We require a deposit and completed contract to save a date. We can only guarantee a booking once both are received on a first come, first serve basis. Card payments will incur an additional 3% processing fee. Head on over to “Book Now” to inquire your date!
